around 15 inches of rain a year - a 1000

10,000 gallons per year! but since it
mainly falls in the winter months, the
challenge is to build large enough
storage capacity to catch this water and
store it through the year.
if there was a way to privatize rain and
sunlight it would surely have happened,
but until that time the sky never sends
out a monthly bill!
